Free Support Option

The MemberProtect Forum is the best place to get free support from InetSolution staff and other users. While MemberProtect has been around for years, the forum is brand new, so it may take a few hours to a day or more to get answers here. We'll do our best to respond as quickly as possible though.

Rapid Support Options

If you're like us, you don't mind paying for support that gets you back on track quickly and correctly. For this, we offer two options:

Per-incident telephone support

If you have an Enterprise license and active Support Agreement and want to talk to a real human, just call us.

Per-incident e-mail support - Free

If you have a Standard license and active Support Agreement, then our e-mail support option is available to you. Submit your question and we'll respond within 8 hours.

Service Agreement Options

Business and enterprise customers may purchase a monthly service agreement that provides unlimited access to telephone, e-mail and online chat support options. To purchase or renew a service agreement, call (888) 456-3896 x 250.
